SKY ANNOUNCES PUBLICATION OF OFFERING MEMORANDUM

British Sky Broadcasting Group plc announced today that an offering memorandum dated 10 September 2014 (the "Offering Memorandum") relating to British Sky Broadcasting Group plc's US$750,000,000 2.625% Senior Unsecured Notes due 16 September 2019 and US$1,250,000,000 3.750% Senior Unsecured Notes due 16 September 2024 (the "Notes") has been approved by the UK Listing Authority (the "UKLA") and will shortly be available for viewing on the website of the National Storage Mechanism operated by the UKLA. The Offering Memorandum comprises listing particulars given in compliance with the listing rules made under Section 73A of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
