Offering Memorandum dated 27 March 2025 (the "Offering Memorandum") relating to the issue by Aviva plc on 31 March 2025 of £500,000,000 7.750% per cent. Fixed Rate Reset Perpetual Restricted Tier 1 Contingent Convertible Notes (the "Notes").

Application has been made for the Notes to be admitted to trading on the International Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange with effect from 2 April 2025.
