Publication of Final Terms
The following final terms (the "Final Terms") are available for viewing:
Final Terms for Lloyds TSB Bank plc's £402,967,000 6.375 per cent. Notes due 2014 issued pursuant to the prospectus dated 10 June 2008, as supplemented by the supplementary prospectuses dated 5 August 2008, 7 October 2008, 15 October 2008, 7 November 2008, 21 November 2008, 17 December 2008 and 24 March 2009 (the "Prospectus") in connection with the £50,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme established by Lloyds TSB Bank plc.
Final Terms for Lloyds TSB Bank plc's £708,885,000 7.50 per cent. Notes due 2024 issued pursuant to the Prospectus in connection with the £50,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme established by Lloyds TSB Bank plc.
Final Terms for Lloyds TSB Bank plc's €692,206,000 6.25 per cent Notes due 2014 issued pursuant to the Prospectus in connection with the £50,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme established by Lloyds TSB Bank plc.
Final Terms for Lloyds TSB Bank plc's €44,606,000 Floating Rate Notes due 2014 issued pursuant to the Prospectus in connection with the £50,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme established by Lloyds TSB Bank plc.
The Final Terms for each series of notes (together, the "Notes") contain the final terms of the Notes. The Final Terms of the Notes must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus, which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Directive (Directive 2003/71/EC).
