Publication of listing prospectus
The following listing prospectus (the "Listing Prospectus") has been approved by the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and is available for viewing:
Listing Prospectus (including documents incorporated by reference) dated 13 November 2013 relating to the issue on 10 September 2013 by Enterprise Funding Limited of GBP 97,000,000 3.50 per cent. Guaranteed Convertible Bonds due 2020 (the "Bonds") guaranteed by, and convertible into ordinary shares in, Enterprise Inns plc ("ETI").
The Listing Prospectus will shortly be available to view on ETI's website at www.enterpriseinns.com/investors and will also be made available for viewing at the National Storage Mechanism at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.
An application has been made for the Bonds to be admitted to trading on the Euro MTF of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. Admission was effective on 13 November 2013.
