Listing Particulars (including documents incorporated by reference) dated 13 August 2013 (the "Listing Particulars") relating to the issue by Hansteen (Jersey) Securities Limited of EUR100,000,000 4.00 per cent. Guaranteed Convertible Bonds due 2018 guaranteed by, and convertible into ordinary shares in, Hansteen Holdings PLC (the "Company").
