Publication of Letter to Shareholders from the Company

Further to its announcement dated 10 June 2025, the Company today announces it has published a letter to its shareholders (the "Letter to Shareholders") in relation to the letter that was sent by former CEO of the Company, Sara Murray to certain of the Company's shareholders on 8 June 2025.

The details provided by the Company in the Letter to Shareholders are responsive to and rebut the allegations and criticisms made by Sara Murray in her letter, which the Company rejects in the strongest terms.

The Company has uploaded the Letter to Shareholders, together with a copy of the amended Particulars of Claim filed by the Company in its legal proceedings in the High Court against Sara Murray and others, on its website here: https://www.bigtechnologies.co.uk/documents-reports-presentations. The Letter to Shareholders can be found by clicking here. The Company does not intend to publish any further information in response to Sara Murray's letter at this stage.

The board of the Company (the "Board") has at all times acted, and will continue to act, in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders, including in continuing to pursue vigorously its claims against Sara Murray.

The Board stands united in its commitment to acting in shareholders' best interests and remains available in advance of the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting to shareholders who are seeking further discussion on the proposed resolutions. The Board believes that each of the proposed resolutions is in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders as a whole and recommends that shareholders vote in favour of all resolutions, as each director intends to do in respect of their own shareholdings.
