Publication of Interim Report

Hill & Smith Holdings PLC announces that it has posted notification to its Shareholders of the availability of its Interim Report for the six months ended 30 June 2010, which can be viewed and downloaded from the Company website: www.hsholdings.com. It has also posted hard copies to those Shareholders who specifically requested the same.

Copies of the Interim Report have been sent to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility which is located at:
