Publication of the Half-Year Report for the six months ended 30 June 2015

Further to the half-year results announcement made on 12 August 2015, Interserve Plc confirms that the Half-Year Report for the six months ended 30 June 2015 has today been published on the Interserve website at www.interserve.com/investor-centre.

A copy of the Half-Year Report has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
