Publication of the Half-Year Report for the six months ended 30 June 2012

Further to the half-year results announcement made on 15 August 2012, Interserve Plc confirms that the Half-Year Report for the six months ended 30 June 2012 has today been published on the Interserve website at www.interserve.com/investors.

A copy of the Half-Year Report has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
