Publication of Final Terms
Final Terms in relation to the issue today by Diageo Finance plc of €1,000,000,000 6.625 per cent. Fixed Rate Debt Instruments due 2014. The Prospectus relating to the US$5,000,000,000 Debt Issuance Programme of Diageo Finance plc, and guaranteed by Diageo plc, was published on 22 September 2008.
