Tesco Personal Finance plc have published Final Terms dated 29 November 2011 which should be read in conjunction with the Offering Circular dated 16 August 2011, the Supplementary Offering Circular dated 11 November 2011 and the Drawdown Prospectus dated 29 November 2011 in respect of their £2,000,000,000 Euro Note Programme.
