Publication of Final Terms
The following Final Terms are available for viewing:
Final Terms for The Royal Bank of Scotland plc (the "Issuer") £800,000,000 6.625 per cent. Notes due 17 September 2018 (the "Notes") issued under the £50,000,000,000 Euro Medium-Term Note Programme of the Issuer and The Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc (the "Programme").
The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Notes and must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 17 June 2008 as supplemented by the Supplementary Prospectuses dated 7 July 2008 and 8 September 2008 (together, the "Prospectus") relating to the Programme, which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Directive (Directive 2003/71/EC).
