The following final terms have been approved by the UK Listing Authority and are available for viewing:
Final Terms relating to the issue by United Utilities Water PLC of GBP 50,000,000 6.125 per cent. Fixed Rate Notes due December 2015 (to be consolidated and form a single series with the existing GBP 250,000,000 6.125 per cent. Fixed Rate Notes due December 2015 issued on 29 December 2008 and the existing GBP 50,000,000 6.125 per cent. Fixed Rate Notes due December 2015 issued on 16 January 2009 and the existing GBP 75,000,000 6.125 per cent. Fixed Rate Notes due December 2015 issued on 18 February 2009) under the United Utilities PLC and United Utilities Water PLC multi-issuer EUR 7,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme.
