Publication of Final Terms

The following final terms have been filed with the Financial Conduct Authority and are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 8 September 2023 in connection with the issue of £300,000,000 7.375 per cent. Senior Non-Preferred Reset Notes due 2027 (the "Notes") pursuant to the £5,000,000,000 Note Programme of Yorkshire Building Society (the "Final Terms").

The Notes are expected to be issued and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Regulated Market and listed on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority acting under Part VI of the FSMA on 12 September 2023.

The Final Terms must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 31 March 2023, as supplemented on 15 August 2023 (the "Prospectus"). The Prospectus comprises a base prospectus for the purposes of Article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018. Full information on Yorkshire Building Society in respect of the offer of the Notes is only available on the basis of the combination of the Prospectus and the Final Terms.
