The following final terms (the Final Terms) are available for viewing:

EUR50,000,000 2.32 per cent. Guaranteed Notes due 2034 jointly and severally guaranteed by Places for People Homes Limited, Places for People Living + Limited, Cotman Housing Association Limited and Derwent Housing Association Limited under the £2,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the Programme)

The Final Terms referred to above must be read in conjunction with the offering circular dated 2 August 2018 and the supplement to it dated 5 April 2019 (the Offering Circular) which together constitute a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Directive (Directive 2003/71/EC, as amended or superseded).
