The following Final Terms are available for viewing:
Final Terms dated 30 March 2009 (the "Final Terms") relating to the issue of €2,000,000,0006.125 per cent. Fixed Rate Notes due 2014 by JPMorgan Chase & Co. (the "Issuer") to be issued on 1 August 2008 pursuant to the U.S.$65,000,000,000 (in respect of Notes issued by the Issuer) and U.S.$25,000,000,000 (in respect of Notes issued by JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association) Euro Medium Term Note Program.
The Final Terms should be read and construed in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 5 September 2008, as amended and supplemented by supplementary prospectuses dated 6 October 2008, 22 October 2008, 27 November 2008, 10 December 2008, 22 January 2009 and 13 March 2009, respectively (together, the "Prospectus").
