Publication of Final Terms of EUR 1,000,000,000 1.125 per cent. Notes due 10 June 2019

The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 6 June 2014 in respect of an issue of EUR 1,000,000,000 1.125 per cent. Notes due 10 June 2019 (the Notes).

The Notes are issued under the U.S.$15,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme established by British Telecommunications public limited company.

The Final Terms in respect of the Notes must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 29 May 2014, including all documents incorporated by reference (the Prospectus) which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Article 5.4 of Directive 2003/71/EC, as amended. Full information on British Telecommunications public limited company (BT), and in respect of the Notes, is only available on the basis of the combination of the Prospectus and the Final Terms in respect of the Notes.
