Publication of Final Terms

The following final terms have been filed with the UK Listing Authority and are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 16 April 2019 in connection with the issue of £275,000,000 Senior Non-Preferred Reset Notes due 2025 (the "Notes") pursuant to the £5,000,000,000 Note Programme of Yorkshire Building Society (the "Final Terms").

The Notes are expected to be issued and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Regulated Market and listed on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority acting under Part VI of the FSMA on 18 April 2019.

The Final Terms must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 18 December 2018 and the Supplement dated 5 April 2019 (together, the "Prospectus"). The Prospectus comprises a base prospectus for the purposes of Article 5.4 of Directive 2003/71/EC, as amended or superseded. Full information on Yorkshire Building Society in respect of the offer of the Notes is only available on the basis of the combination of the Prospectus and the Final Terms.
