Royal Bank of Canada today issued EUR1,250,000,000 2.625 per cent. Covered Bonds due March 16, 2029 (the "2029 Covered Bonds") and EUR1,000,000,000 3.000 per cent. Covered Bonds due March 16, 2033 (the "2033 Covered Bonds" and, together with the 2029 Covered Bonds, the "Covered Bonds") pursuant to the €75,000,000,000 Global Covered Bond Programme of Royal Bank of Canada, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments by RBC Covered Bond Guarantor Limited Partnership (the "Programme").
The following documents constitute the final terms dated March 12, 2026, in respect of the 2029 Covered Bonds and the final terms dated March 12, 2026, in respect of the 2033 Covered Bonds (collectively, the "Final Terms") relating to the issue of the Covered Bonds for purpose of Article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 and as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (EUWA) and must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated July 16, 2024, as supplemented by the 1st Supplementary Prospectus dated August 28, 2025, the 2nd Supplementary Prospectus dated December 19, 2025 and the 3rd Supplementary Prospectus dated February 27, 2026, relating to the Programme (together, the "Prospectus"). Full information on Royal Bank of Canada and the offer of the Covered Bonds is only available on the basis of the combination of the Final Terms and the Prospectus.
The Final Terms have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
