The following Final Terms documents are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 27 June 2025 (the 2028 Notes Final Terms) relating to the issue by Imperial Brands Finance PLC of U.S.$850,000,000 4.500 per cent. Notes due 2028 (the 2028 Notes) irrevocably and unconditionally guaranteed by Imperial Brands PLC under the €15,000,000,000 Debt Issuance Programme established by Imperial Brands Finance PLC and Imperial Brands Finance Netherlands B.V. (the Programme); and

Final Terms dated 27 June 2025 (the 2035 Notes Final Terms) relating to the issue by Imperial Brands Finance PLC of U.S.$850,000,000 5.625 per cent. Notes due 2035 (the 2035 Notes) irrevocably and unconditionally guaranteed by Imperial Brands PLC under the Programme; and

Final Terms dated 27 June 2025 (the 2055 Notes Final Terms and, together with the 2028 Notes Final Terms and the 2035 Notes Final Terms, the Final Terms) relating to the issue by Imperial Brands Finance PLC of U.S.$500,000,000 6.375 per cent. Notes due 2055 (the 2055 Notes and, together with the 2028 Notes and the 2035 Notes, the Notes) irrevocably and unconditionally guaranteed by Imperial Brands PLC under the Programme.

Each Final Terms must be read in conjunction with the prospectus in respect of the Programme dated 27 January 2025 including all documents incorporated by reference and the supplement to it dated 17 June 2025 (the prospectus as so supplemented, the Prospectus), which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of United Kingdom domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018. Full information on Imperial Brands Finance PLC, and in respect of the offer of the Notes, is only available on the basis of the combination of the Prospectus and the relevant Final Terms in respect of the relevant Notes.
