Publication of Final Terms

The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms for Anglian Water Services Financing Plc’s GBP 200,000,000 5.875 per cent. Guaranteed Class A Green Bonds due 20 June 2031 (the “ Bonds ”) issued under its €20,000,000,000 Global Secured Medium-Term Note Programme (the “ Programme ”) (to be consolidated and form a single series with the existing GBP300,000,000 5.875 per cent. Guaranteed Class A Green Bonds due 20 June 2031 issued on 20 June 2023).

The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Bonds and the aforementioned must be read in conjunction with the prospectus dated 9 October 2025 as supplemented by the supplemental prospectus dated 2 March 2026 and the supplemental prospectus dated 6 March 2026 (the “ Prospectus ”) which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Regulation.
