Final terms dated 24th January, 2022 (the Final Terms) in relation to the issue by Places for People Treasury plc of £300,000,000 2.500 per cent. Guaranteed Sustainability Notes due 2036 jointly and severally guaranteed by Places for People Homes Limited, Places for People Living+ Limited, Castle Rock Edinvar Housing Association Limited, Cotman Housing Association Limited and Derwent Housing Association Limited, under the £2,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme
