Publication of Final Terms
The following Final Terms are available for viewing:
Final Terms for Lloyds Banking Group plc's U.S.$528,000,000 Notes due 5 March 2010 (the "New Notes"), issued pursuant to a base prospectus dated 24 July 2008, as supplemented, (the "Base Prospectus").
Lloyds Banking Group plc's aggregate principal amount of U.S.$3,250,000,000 extendible notes issued 17 July 2008 and aggregate principal amount of U.S.$500,000,000 extendible notes issued 23 July 2008 were consolidated as of 23 July 2008 to form a single series, of an aggregate principal amount of U.S.$3,750,000,000, of Lloyds's Banking Group plc's extendible notes (the "Notes"). In accordance with the terms of the Notes, the holders of the Notes did not elect to extend the maturity of the Notes in an aggregate principal amount of U.S.$528,000,000.
The Final Terms of the New Notes must be read in conjunction with the Base Prospectus, which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Directive.
