Publication of Final Terms

The following final terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 13 March 2017 (the "2021 Notes Final Terms") relating to the issue by Nokia Corporation of EUR 500,000,000 1.00% per cent. Notes due 2021 (the "2021 Notes") under the EUR 5,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme dated 21 February 2017

The 2021 Notes Final Terms contain the final terms of the 2021 Notes and must be read in conjunction with the Base Prospectus dated 21 February 2017 relating to the Programme.

Full information on Nokia Corporation and the offer of the 2021 Notes is only available on the basis of the combination of the Base Prospectus and the 2021 Notes Final Terms.
