PUBLICATION OF FINAL TERMS BY ABBEY NATIONAL TREASURY SERVICES PLC

The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final terms dated 4 June 2010 relating to €300,000,000 2.50 per cent. Covered Bonds due 2013 (the "Covered Bonds") issued by Abbey National Treasury Services plc under its €25 billion Global Covered Bond Programme (the "Programme") and unconditionally guaranteed by Santander UK plc (formerly known as Abbey National plc) and unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payment of principal and interest by Abbey Covered Bonds LLP (the "Final Terms"). The Covered Bonds are to be consolidated and form a single series with the €1,000,000,000 2.50 per cent. Covered Bonds due 2013 issued on 18 March 2010 under the Programme.

The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Covered Bonds and must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 8 September 2009, as supplemented on 13 November 2009, 12 January 2010, 3 March 2010, 27 April 2010, 30 April 2010 and 21 May 2010 and as further supplemented from time to time, which together constitute a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Directive (the "Prospectus").
