The following amended and restated final terms dated 4 August 2022 (the "Final Terms") are available for viewing:

Amended and Restated Final Terms relating to the issuance of £60,000,000 6.5 per cent. Notes due 2027 issued by LendInvest Secured Income II plc under its £1,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme with the benefit of a partial 20% guarantee by LendInvest plc.
