Each Final Terms must be read in conjunction with the Information Memorandumdated 13 August 2014 relating to the Programme, as supplemented by thesupplements to the Information Memorandum dated 28 August 2014, 29 October 2014and 30 October 2014 (as so supplemented, the "Information Memorandum"). TheInformation Memorandum constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes ofArticle 5.4 of Directive 2003/71/EC as amended. Full information on ShellInternational Finance B.V.
