Publication of Final Terms

The following final terms have been filed with the Financial Conduct Authority and are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 12 March 2021 in connection with the issue by Leeds Building Society (the "Issuer") of £350,000,000 Senior Non-Preferred Fixed Rate Reset Notes due 2027 (the "Notes") pursuant to the £2,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of the Issuer (the "Final Terms").

The Notes are expected to be issued and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Regulated Market and listed on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority acting under Part VI of the FSMA on 16 March 2021.

The Final Terms must be read in conjunction with the Base Prospectus dated 15 December 2020 and the Supplement dated 08 March 2021 (together, the "Prospectus"). The Prospectus comprises a base prospectus for the purposes of Article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018. Full information on Leeds Building Society in respect of the offer of the Notes is only available on the basis of the combination of the Prospectus and the Final Terms.
