Northern Ireland Electricity Networks Limited Transmission and Distribution Price Controls 2017- 2024: Publication of draft determination

In June 2016 Northern Ireland Electricity Networks Limited (NIE Networks) submitted its business plan for the Transmission and Distribution Price Controls to apply for the six and a half year period from 1 October 2017 to 31 March 2024 (Regulatory Period 6 or RP6) to the Northern Ireland Authority for Utility Regulation (the Utility Regulator).

The Utility Regulator has today published its draft determination on RP6 for consultation. The draft determination is available on the Utility Regulator’s website at http://www.uregni.gov.uk.

NIE Networks will review the Utility Regulator’s draft determination and submit its response by the due date 19 May 2017. The Utility Regulator is due to make its final determination on 28 June 2017.
