Publication of Continuation Vote Circular

Further to the announcement on 23 May 2016, Ecofin Water & Power Opportunities plc (the "Company") has today posted to Shareholders a circular containing details of the Continuation Vote and Reconstruction Proposals ("Circular").

Notice of the General Meeting to consider the Continuation Vote (and, accordingly, to enable the Board to move forward with the implementation of the Reconstruction Proposals) is set out at the end of the Circular and the General Meeting will be held at 4.00 p.m. on Friday, 24 June 2016 at the offices of Norton Rose Fulbright LLP, 3 More London Riverside, London SE1 2AQ.

The Circular will shortly be made available on the Company's website (http://www.ecofin.co.uk/eco/en/products/ewpo/aboutewpo) and on the National Storage Mechanism at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
