Earthport (AIM: EPO) is pleased to announce that the circular and notice of general meeting notifying shareholders of a general meeting for the purpose of considering the relevant resolutions to effect the placing announced on 3 October 2017 is being posted to shareholders today.

The meeting is to be hold at the offices of Bird & Bird LLP, 12 New Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1JP at 10.00 a.m. on 23 October 2017.
