Further to the announcement made today by Zoopla Property Group PLC ("ZPG" or "the Group") in relation to the acquisition of Ulysses Enterprises Limited (the "Acquisition"), ZPG announces that a circular, containing details of the Acquisition and convening a General Meeting of ZPG to approve the Acquisition, has been published and will be posted to shareholders of ZPG shortly.

The circular will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, where it will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do. In addition, the circular is available to view on the Group's website (http://www.zpg.co.uk/investors) and will be available for inspection at the offices of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, 65 Fleet Street, London EC4Y 1HS.
