Publication of Circular

The Company has issued a circular (the "Circular") setting out proposals for a variation to the performance incentive arrangements with its investment manager, Edge Investments Limited, in relation to the Company's I share portfolio (the "Variation"). Full details of the Variation are set out in the Circular and the Variation is conditional upon the approval of the Company's shareholders at a general meeting, and by the holders of I shares at an I share class meeting, both to be held on 11 June 2018, at which resolutions to approve the Variation will be proposed.

The Circular will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at:
