Publication of circular
Further to the announcement yesterday morning in relation to the proposed purchase of up to 6,000,000 ordinary shares by way of a tender offer at 317 pence per ordinary share (the "Tender Offer"), the Company announces that the circular relating to the Tender Offer (the "Circular") has been posted to shareholders today.
The Circular will shortly be available for inspection at the UKLA's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at Financial Services Authority, 25 North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS. In addition, the Circular will also be available to view on the Company's website (www.dominos.co.uk).
