Further to the announcement by the Company on 3 December 2010 relating to the proposal to dispose of its remaining stake in Lake Shore Gold Corp, the Company announces that a circular setting out full details of the proposal and convening an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company (the "Circular") has been published today and will be sent to shareholders tomorrow. The Circular is available to download on the Company's website (www.hochschildmining.com) and will be submitted shortly to the National Storage Mechanism and available for inspection at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
