Earlier today, the Board of Centaur Media plc (LSE:CAU, "Centaur") announced that it had reached agreement to acquire E-consultancy.com Limited (the "Proposed Acquisition").
The Board of Centaur is pleased to announce that the circular relating to the Proposed Acquisition is being sent to Centaur shareholders today. The circular will also be available on the Centaur website (http://www.centaur.co.uk/) and will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
The General Meeting to approve the Proposed Acquisition will be held at Centaur's offices at Wells Point, 79 Wells Street, London W1T 3QN at 10.00 a.m. on 9 July 2012.
