Publication of Circular
Further to the announcement today by Monitise plc (LSE: MONI) ("Monitise" or the "Company") of its proposal to raise £32.4 million (gross) by way of an equity fundraising (the "Fundraising"), Monitise announces that a circular in relation to the Fundraising has been published and will be posted to shareholders later today (the "Circular").
Pursuant to rules 20 and 26 of the AIM Rules for Companies, the Circular is now available for inspection on the Company's website at www.monitisegroup.com.
