Publication of Circular and Notice of Meeting and Intention to Request Voluntary Cancellation of Listing

Digital Landscape Group, Inc. (the "Company") has published a circular (the "Circular") including notice of a meeting of the Company's shareholders to be held on 12 August 2020. The Circular has been uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and hard copies will be sent to shareholders today. Hard copies of the forms of proxy and forms of instruction for use at the meeting will be sent to the relevant shareholders today. Cancellation of Listing

As explained in the Circular, the Company intends to transfer the listing of its shares from the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") to the Nasdaq Global Market ("NASDAQ"). The Company intends to apply to the Financial Conduct Authority to cancel the listing of its ordinary shares and warrants on the standard segment of the Official List, and to the LSE to cancel the admission to trading in the ordinary shares and warrants on the LSE's market for listed securities. The cancellations are intended to take effect following the listing of the Company's shares on NASDAQ. The Company will make a further announcement about these changes in due course.
