Further to the Company's announcement of 3 May 2016, Conviviality announces that on 3 May 2016 it posted to shareholders an explanatory circular (the "Circular"), along with an accompanying form of proxy, to vote at the general meeting to be held at 10.00 a.m. on 19 May 2016 at the Company's registered office at Weston Road, Crewe, Chesire CW1 6BP. The Circular is also available to view on the Company's website at www.conviviality.co.uk.
Capitalised terms not otherwise defined in this announcement shall have the meaning given to them in the Circular.
