Publication of Circular and notice of EGM in connection with proposed managed wind-down

Further to the announcement on 10 February 2020 the Board of Hadrian's Wall Secured Investments Limited (the "Company") has today published a circular to shareholders (the "Circular") in relation to recommended proposals for a managed wind-down of the Company and related matters (the "Proposals").

The Circular includes notice of an extraordinary general meeting to be held at Sarnia House, Le Truchot, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1GR at 10.30am on 20 March 2020, where resolutions shall be put to the Company's shareholders to seek their approval for the Proposals.

The Circular together with the form of proxy will shortly be available on the Company's website at http://www.hadrianswallcapital.com/fund and will shortly be available on the National Storage Mechanism, which can be accessed at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm).
