Aqua Resources Fund Limited
Further to the announcement on 14 August 2012, the Board of Aqua Resources Fund Limited ("Aqua" or the "Company") today announces the publication of a shareholder circular (the "Circular") and notice of extraordinary general meeting ("EGM") to be held at Arnold House, St. Julian's Avenue, St. Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 3NF on 12 October 2012 at 11am.
The Circular contains full details in relation to the proposed cancellation of admission of ordinary shares to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities, Tender Offer for up to 4,864,911 ordinary shares, amendment to the articles of association, amendment to investment policy and objective and notice of EGM.
A copy of the Circular has been posted to all shareholders today and will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism which is located at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do. A copy is also available from the Company's website www.aquaresourcesfund.com
