Publication of Circular and Notice of AGM
Further to the announcement dated 30 April 2019, Aminex PLC ("Aminex" or the "Company") is today publishing a Circular and Notice in respect of the Annual General Meeting to be held at 11am on 12 June 2019 at ByrneWallace, 88 Harcourt Street, Dublin 2, D02 DK18.
Paper copies of the Annual Report together with the Circular and Notice of Annual General Meeting, including the Form of Proxy, are being mailed shortly to those shareholders who have elected to receive paper copies.
The Circular and Notice of Annual General Meeting and the Form of Proxy has been submitted to the national storage mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm and to the Company Announcements Office, Euronext Dublin, 28 Anglesea Street, Dublin 2, Ireland.
