Publication of Circular re: renewal of buy back authority

Lazard World Trust Fund has today published a circular (the "Circular") proposing the renewal of the Company's authority to make market acquisitions of its own shares, together with a notice convening an extraordinary general meeting ("EGM") at which shareholders will be asked to approve the renewal of such authority. The Circular has today been posted to shareholders.

The EGM will be held at 49, avenue J.F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg on 30 August 2018 at 2.00 p.m. CEST to propose the resolution required.

A copy of the Circular incorporating the notice of EGM has been submitted to the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) in Luxembourg and will shortly be available to download from the Company's website www.lazardworldtrustfund.com.
