Further to the announcement made this morning in relation to its proposed change of investment policy, LMS Capital plc (the "Company") confirms that a circular containing details of the proposed change of investment policy and the Notice of General Meeting on 12 August 2015 at 12.00 p.m. (the "Circular") is now available on the Company's website at www.lmscapital.com.
In accordance with the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, a copy of the Circular will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
