Publication of circular

Further to the Company's announcements on 13 July 2010 relating to its conditional placing of 32,327,062 new ordinary shares (the "Issue"), the Board announces that a circular has been posted to shareholders of the Company today.

The circular contains a notice of the extraordinary general meeting of the Company to approve the issue of new ordinary shares pursuant to the Issue at a price below the prevailing net asset value per ordinary share (the "EGM"). The EGM will be held at Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St. Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 3QL on 10 August 2010 at 10.00 a.m.
