Notice of AGM

EW Group, the strategic investment company, focused on financial services, announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2012 (the "Report and Accounts") has been posted to shareholders with a notice of its annual general meeting ("AGM").

The Company will be holding its AGM at its registered office, being Roseneath, The Grange, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3SJ on 24 July 2013 at 12 noon.
