Synergy Health plc announces that it has posted to shareholders both its Annual Report for the year ended 3 April 2011 and the Notice of its Annual General Meeting. The Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.30 am on 27 July 2011 at Investec Bank plc, 2 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7QP.
