Publication of Annual Report
Notice of AGM
API Group plc (AIM:API), a leading manufacturer of specialist foils and packaging materials, announces that printed copies of its Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2014 were distributed today to shareholders together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy. In accordance with AIM Rule 20, an electronic copy of the Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2014, the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy are available on the Company's website at www.apigroup.com.
The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 2.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 15 July 2014 at the offices of Eversheds LLP, One Wood Street, London EC2V 7WS.
