EKF Diagnostics Holdings plc (AIM: EKF), the point-of-care diagnostics business, announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2012, the Notice of the Annual General Meeting and a Form of Proxy will be posted to shareholders today.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 15 May 2013 at 2pm at the offices of Canaccord Genuity Limited, 41 Lothbury, London EC2R 7AE.
