Air Partner plc confirms publication of the Annual Report for the year to 31 July 2012 and a circular containing the Notice of Annual General Meeting. Hard copies are being posted to shareholders and electronic versions of both documents are also now available to download at http://www.airpartner.com/investors/

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday 7 December 2012 at 9.30am at the Company's offices, 2 City Place, Beehive Ring Road, Gatwick, West Sussex RH6 0PA.
